Monday!!! Ahhhh! today was especially crazy at work. A couple of my fellow technicians decided to take the day off today, which happened to be a day full of tons of people. At one point i was working with our normal patients plus 4 ¨day 2´s¨and 2 New patients. So on the one hand, you have the people that pretty much know what they are doing, and on the other you have 4 people that are in way more pain than they thought they would have and especially more pain than right after surgery, as the pain meds quit. Add the cherry on top with new patients that have ¨back¨problems, and neck problems, etc. I call these ¨the winers¨because all of the stuff we do with them is stuff they can do at home! Gooooooooooooogle!!
Oh well, it is their money and time. Most of these people are Workers Comp. so they are pretty much jacked for a while becaue workers comp drags their feet about everything. Anyway, that´s enough soap box for tonight. It really was a great day!
When i got home from work i got to go right out to work in the yard! Woo hoo!! Work to work, love it! Then technically i went to more work because Brighton and I ran a 5k for exercise. Brighton did really well! She cut like 3 minutes of her original time, which is amazing! She is working on getting down to a 30 minute 5k, which is obviously about 10 minute miles. At the rate she is going, she will be there in no time! Im really proud of how hard she works even though her knees hurt her a lot.
Nothing much else happened today! I gave Jackson boy a bath and he fell right asleep after, which is ridiculous because the last couple nights he has been a little stinker dude and will not sleep no matter what we do! So, thanks Jacksonian for making it easy on your momm and dad tonight!
That´s about it, Game on is going great and i hope i can make my 10 pound goal! Almost there!
