A Few Experiences...

I couldn't think of anything to write about so i thought that i would just write a few experiences i've had, good or bad, until i can think of some important things that have happened to me recently. I won't put them in any kind of order (top 10, most recent, etc.).

I figured i'd start out with a bad experience, we need a few laughs eh?

Playing hockey took me to quite a few places around the country when i was younger. The farthest i made it out east was Des Moines, Iowa. We ended up staying in a hotel on the 5th floor or so. I'll skip all the stupid details and get right to it. Myself and my parents went up to our room to get some sleep before the game in the morning. I have always been a crazy sleeper at night and sleep walking is definately not uncommon. Sometime during the night i had a dream that the team had an emergency meeting down at the pool, which meant EVERYONE had to be there or they would not be playing. Naturally i was up and out of bed as quick as possible heading down poolside.

I ended up waiting for like 10 minutes for the rest of the team to show up and get the meeting started. I'd say right around the 11 minutes mark my mind decided to come to full reality and wake me up completely. Well because we had to be to the meeting so "Fast" i had gotten out of bed and headed straight down the 5 flights of stairs, through a couple doors and landed right on a nice comfy beach chair. I was quite clothingless, Boxers and socks to be exact, and very confused. I hadn't seen anyone so i booked it upstairs back to my room. Well, once again, i had left quite quickly and concequently i ended up with no room key. So there is me, half naked and cold, standing out in the middle of the hall knocking on my room waiting for my sleeping parents to open the door.

I still haven't lived that day down with my parents but it happened and hopefully it won't happen again!
